Adam is a self-starter that loves to burn the candle at both ends.

Growing up on the outskirts of Detroit, Adam got the hell outta Dodge immediately after graduating from a ghetto university with a BS in just that. Actually it was a double-major in Computer Networking and Japanese Language and Business. He used to be able to speak fluent Japanese, but now we sounds like a bumbling first grader with downs.

After college, he put everything he owned into the back of his truck and drove to New York City. Spending his last dollar on a slice of pizza and not knowing a single soul when he arrived, he used that as his baseline for a new beginning.

From the ground up, Adam created two lives for himself. During the day on Wall Street, he built a strong reputation for himself in the business consulting area, lending himself to some of the most powerful companies in the world that would be call on him for assistance. After 7 years of working for "the man", something happened in his "other life". In the life of body modification and the community that he created from scratch, BodyMod.org. (It happened at Skindependence '08)

Like a sub-zero, icy birth, it awakened his mind to his true desires. Sitting in boardrooms, convincing CEO's what to do, and the constant travel twice a week wasn't where his passion was. On Halloween of 2008, a friend of his was run over by a truck and killed while riding a motorcycle. That was the final straw. He knew he had only one life, and he should be doing what felt right.

That day, he walked out of his high-rise corner office and six figure salary into the void. He spent the next two months rediscovering himself and with the new year, he jumped in with both feet.

That is when Adam began devoting the majority of his time to BodyMod.org and the community he is so passionate about. Flying to conventions on his frequent flyer miles, and sleeping on friends floors, he travels the world to make new friends and start a new life. He now takes his highly valuable knowledge and uses it to help out those in the industry he enjoys to be in instead. Obviously not making any profit from the website, he continues to work part-time as a freelance consultant so he can make rent, but that's where he draws the line.

He's here to help, share... and drink as much Jagermeister as possible =)
