*WARNING* This episode has balls on someone's head in it!

I want my new shop manager, Alexis, to have the best knowledge of how I want my shop run, so I'm taking him to Europe via NYC to view some of my favorite shops and talk with the owners / shop managers.

The first stop is NYC... ahhhhh, home sweet home.

As my buddy Vinnie says, "Break their spirits early" lol!
