lol thanks t3ch hehehe I understand how crazy and insane this was. But i took the risk all on my own. I weighed all factors before hand and felt safe enough for myself. Do it in a heartbeat again if i could :)

I'm pretty sure if something went wrong, it wouldn't have been posted on BMod... let alone showcased.

I don't discriminate anything that I am around to cover unless specifically asked to by the person(s) in the video. I take the role of the documentarian. I shoot and post everything, how it happens. I leave it up to the public to weigh their thoughts and I try to leave mine out as best I can on right vs. wrong. My opinions on the otherhand, are a different story. I think it was unsafe, I made that pretty clear to everyone there, but it's not my call. I don't run SkinD, I'm not in control of the crane, and I'm not Wade (LinkRaver21). But I still think it was an amazing stunt. And thats how, in my opinion, I viewed the whole thing. Not as a safe, ritualistic, spiritual awakening, but a crazy stunt pulled off by a guy that has that perfect mixture of crazy and ballsy. When Evel Kinevel (also from Montana ironically) attempted to jump the fountains of Caesars Palace in 1967 on a motorcycle and wound up crushing his pelvis, broken femur, two broken ankles, and was put in a coma for 29 days, what was safe about that? That he had a helmet on? Here's the thing...people are always going to do crazy shit for the rush and in the end, it's solely up to the person doing the stunt as to how "safe" they want to be. Will they have thousands of people cheering them in as they try to jump a bike across a canyon, or will they earn a Darwin Award for trimming their bushes by swinging around a chainsaw on the end of a rope? Either way, I wanna see it!

This was a pretty insane, unsafe stunt but it was good. unsafe or not i think people need to be more aware of what they about to do or doing to their bodies also sh$t happens and luckily nothing bad happened with this stunt. oh and keep the good work up adam i love this site and check it everyday for new vids haha

this is White Smoke from wades house_n I have to say i agree w Adam's last statement entirely. it's the DANGER that MAKES IT a stunt.
I would reference the great Houdini to further emphasise the point. Good job for filming it Adam, good job too my little brother for following HIS heart, and hello to all of my new friends from skin D 2011!!! peacw out_ Mitch

AS far as Stunts go, There just is no "safe" way to jump a motorcycle over a fountain or any other fucking thing. There is however a safe way to do this very suspension. And making it safer does not take away from the "stunt". All it takes is the willingness to learn the right way and this could have been safely. Did something go wrong? Other than the poorly tied knot coming undone when he's a foot off the ground? No. But what if that had happened when he was 30ft up. What if he lands on his head. Then, your super cool "stunt" is going to bring down the entire suspension community. A community I love. There is knowledge out there. Take the time to learn it. A double overhand knot is NOT sufficient when its just as easy to tie a double figure 8. When will you guys get the point. Its not the fact that he didnt get hurt, its the FACT that he could have. He's your friend. Think how that day would have ended if you had to watch your buddy get hauled off in a bag. I know suspension is cool and amazing and every other word you can think of. I LOVE SUSPENSION!! I just dont want to see someone get hurt because of lack of knowledge, when all you have to do is ask someone and they WILL answer you. Yes I mean me, and if that isnt good enough for you I can point you in the direction of 20 other practitioners who are willing to help. Just take the time. PLEASE

i will choose to keep myself out of the debate of whether this was safe or not, smart or not and so on, i will however add that this was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! any person male/female that can suspend 30 foot above ground by a single hook, definitely has my respect!
